Ray Williams serves as a Founding Director of Burros for Heroes Foundation, Inc. He is a retired U.S. Army Combat Veteran whose experience, leadership, and commitment to service help support the foundation’s mission and early growth.

As a founding director, Ray helps provide accountability, perspective, and steady support as Burros for Heroes develops. His background in military service gives him a personal understanding of the challenges Veterans and their families can face during and after service.

Ray’s role helps strengthen the mission by keeping the focus on Veterans, families, meaningful connection, responsible growth, and service to others. His support is especially important as the foundation builds partnerships, outreach opportunities, and future programs.
